Apartments at The Base Lincoln Park
The Base is proud to offer four apartments, two 2 bedrooms and two 3 bedrooms in accordance with the City of Chicago Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). If your annual income is between $57,600-$83,460, you may qualify for special pricing on these select residences.

The ARO units are 103, 201, 305, 404.

Applicants must be income eligible. Households must earn no more than the maximum income levels shown above and are 60% of Area Median Income.
Currently, two or more individuals may apply, with priority given to Veterans during the first 30 days of availability. Applications open 5/28/2025.
Applicants with vouchers or other third-party subsidies are welcome to apply. These units are subject to monitoring, compliance, and other restrictions by the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing.
